As an Oil Pouch Packing Specialist, your primary responsibility will be to efficiently pack oil pouches according to company standards and guidelines. Key Responsibilities:
- Receive and organize oil pouches and packaging materials provided by the company.
- Accurately pack oil pouches into designated packaging, ensuring proper sealing and labeling.
- Conduct quality checks to ensure that all products meet our quality standards.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area to uphold hygiene and safety protocols.
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including health and safety guidelines.
- Meet daily and weekly packing targets to support our production schedule.
- Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors to ensure smooth operations.
- Participate in training sessions and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance job performance.
Requirements:
- No specific educational qualifications are required; however, a high school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
- No prior experience in packing or manufacturing is necessary; comprehensive training will be provided.
- Must have a reliable internet connection and access to a computer or smartphone for communication and reporting purposes.
- Basic understanding of written and spoken English to follow instructions and communicate effectively.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining productivity and quality standards.
