Responsibilities:
- Passenger Assistance and Safety:

- Provide attentive service during flights, including serving meals, beverages, and attending to passenger needs.
- Handle inflight emergencies calmly and effectively, following established safety procedures.
- Customer Service Excellence:
- Maintain a positive and friendly attitude towards passengers, creating a welcoming environment onboard.
- Address passenger inquiries and resolve issues promptly and courteously.
- Anticipate and meet the needs of passengers to ensure a comfortable and enjoyable journey.
- Cabin Management:
- Ensure the cleanliness and organization of the cabin throughout the flight.
- Coordinate with the flight crew and ground staff to facilitate seamless operations.
- Uphold Indigo Airport’s standards of hygiene, safety, and comfort in the cabin environment.
- Team Collaboration:
- Work closely with fellow cabin crew members, pilots, and ground staff to ensure efficient and safe flight operations.
- Communicate effectively with team members to coordinate inflight activities and address any operational challenges.
- Emergency Preparedness:
- Participate in regular emergency drills and training sessions to maintain readiness.
- Demonstrate proficiency in handling emergency situations, including evacuation procedures and first aid.
Qualifications:
- Educational Background: Minimum 10+2 or equivalent from a recognized board.
- Physical Requirements: Height proportional to weight, good eyesight (without glasses), and overall physical fitness.
