As an ice cream making worker, you will be responsible for producing high-quality ice cream in a fast-paced factory environment. You will work closely with the production team and ensure that all batches of ice cream are made according to company standards.
Responsibilities:
- Operate and maintain machinery used in making ice cream, such as mixers, freezers, and packaging equipment
- Measure ingredients accurately and mix them according to recipes
- Monitor the freezing process and make adjustments as needed to achieve the desired consistency
- Package finished products into containers or cones
- Label containers with correct product information and expiration dates
- Keep work area clean and follow safety procedures at all times
- Report any issues or malfunctions with equipment to supervisor immediately
Requirements:
- Minimum age of 18 years old
- No prior experience required; on-the-job training provided
- Detail oriented with the ability to follow recipes accurately
- Physically fit and able to stand for long periods of time
- Ability to work well in a team environment
- Basic math skills for measuring ingredient quantities
