Responsibilities:
- Production and Processing: Operate advanced dairy processing machinery to transform raw milk into high-quality dairy products such as milk, yogurt, cheese, butter, and more. Follow strict production protocols and hygiene standards to ensure product consistency and safety.
- Quality Control: Monitor production processes closely to maintain product quality and adherence to regulatory standards. Conduct regular inspections and quality checks to identify and rectify any deviations promptly.
- Packaging and Distribution: Package finished dairy products efficiently and accurately for distribution and shipment. Ensure proper labeling and packaging integrity to uphold product freshness and quality during transportation.
- Maintenance: Perform routine maintenance tasks on machinery and equipment to prevent breakdowns and ensure optimal operational efficiency. Report any maintenance issues promptly to maintenance supervisors for timely resolution.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with team members, including supervisors, quality assurance personnel, and fellow production staff, to achieve daily production targets and maintain a smooth workflow.
