Objective of Pradhan Mantri Ujjwala Yojana

Even today, there are many rural areas in our country where women cook food using wood stoves, impacting the health of women and children due to the smoke emitted. This practice can lead to respiratory diseases among other health issues. Additionally, the smoke from wood fires pollutes the environment, potentially causing illnesses for the entire village population.
